Aifa to hold ethical investment seminar

The Association of Independent Financial Advisers (Aifa) is to hold a seminar on ethical and green investment as part of National Ethical Investment Week.

The seminar will take place in London on 21 May and will include a panel debate with representatives from Morley, Friends Provident and Henderson.

The seminar will be held in conjunction with Henderson Global Investments and UKSIF. It will cover the benefits of going green, investing in climate change, a panel debate on ethical and green investments followed by a question and answer session and discussion.

Chris Cummings, director general Aifa, said: "To celebrate the first National Ethical Investment week, Aifa is holding a seminar on ethical investment on 21st May.

"We recognise the importance of keeping members informed on current issues. Ethical investment is a very topical area, and one in which many investors now have interests."

The event is free to Aifa members.
